Strengthening your paediatric diabetes care
This face-to-face event in Sheffield brought together paediatric diabetes consultants, specialist nurses, dietitians, psychologists, youth workers and wider MDT professionals, to share practical insights and useful ideas to take back to services, and provided the chance to learn how other teams are approaching similar challenges.
Developed through research with professionals across the country, this forum focused on practical approaches to diabetes technology, paediatric type 2 diabetes, transition to young adult care, early-stage type 1 diabetes, and more inclusive care for neurodivergent children and young people.
