We are so pleased to be able to offer this fantastic learning opportunity for free to NHS and Public Sector attendees.
In order to make this conference as accessible as possible, we are now offering attendance to the NHS and Public sector for free. However, for this to be sustainable, we ask that you do NOT book a place if you are unable to make it on the day. For every person that books a place and fails to attend without notice, a charge is incurred. If you book a place and find yourself unable to attend, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible but a minimum of 5 working days. Holiday Inn® Leicester hotel is a 10-minute taxi ride from Leicester train station. The M1 motorway is a 15 minute drive away, and there is an NCP car park next to the hotel.
Parking
There is no hotel owned car park, however there are two nearby car parks, as follows:
Highcross Rooftop Car Park is a 7-minute walk to the hotel through Jubilee Square. The car park postcode is LE1 4AN. Tickets can be validated at hotel reception for a discounted price of £6 for 24 hours. Parking is then payable at the machines in the car park. This rate is based on a single exit. NCP St Nicholas Circle car park is adjacent to the hotel. The car park postcode is LE1 4LF. The tariff for parking and pre-booking can be found here: https://www.ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park/car-parks/leicester-st-nicholas-circle/. Full price for 24 hours is £22.95 however early bird entry by 9.00am is £10.95. Discounts are available on pre-booking. The height limit for this car park is 2.05 meters.
Once you have booked your place, SBK Healthcare will correspond with you using the email address you provided at the time of booking and you will be sent a formal confirmation. This event is free to attend. However, we do expect it to be popular and there are limited places. Although
your place is free of charge failure to attend without written
cancellation with at least 5 working days’ notice will result in a £100
charge. If your circumstances change and you find yourself no longer
able to attend, please can you inform us in writing by emailing bookings@sbk-healthcare.co.uk, 5 working days prior to the event taking place. Substitution attendees for delegates unable to attend after registering are acceptable at any time.
