A one day conference dedicated to learning and networking

This event is facilitated by King’s Health Partners. The HCL programme is designed and attended by Diabetes Service Leads, Consultants in Diabetes and Endocrinology, Lead Diabetes Specialist Nurses and Diabetes Specialist Nurses.

King’s Health Partners is pleased to offer NHS attendance for free, places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. If you book your place and find you can no longer attend, please cancel your place by emailing the bookings team, this will enable us to reallocate your place to someone else. Non-attendance without prior written cancellation will result in £100 plus VAT charge.

What happens after you make your booking

Once you have booked your place, SBK Healthcare will correspond with you using the email address you provided at the time of booking and you will be sent a formal confirmation. If you have not received this within 48 hours of making your booking please check your junk folder and then email bookings@sbk-healthcare.co.uk or call 01732 897788. .

Approximately one week prior to the conference you will be sent an email which will include all the final details for attendance on the day, including a final agenda and venue information.

Please inform us by writing to bookings@sbk-healthcare.co.uk if you have any special dietary or other requirements.

Certification of attendance

A certificate for Continuing Professional Development will be given to every fully registered participant who completes the course, as a record of your continuing professional training and development.

Registration fees

As an NHS or public sector attendee, you are not required to pay for your place. However, as there are a limited number of places available, once booked, if you find you are unable to attend, please cancel your place in writing by emailing the bookings team. This will free a place for someone on the waiting list. Non-attendance without written cancellation will result in £100 plus VAT charge.
