By Rail/Tube
Denmark Hill station is managed by Southeastern on its lines from Victoria to Dartford and from Blackfriars to Sevenoaks. It is also served by London Overground. There are direct links to Victoria (9 minutes), Blackfriars (10 minutes), Canada Water for the Jubilee Line (12 minutes), Lewisham for DLR (13 minutes), Farringdon (16 minutes), Clapham Junction (20 minutes), and St Pancras for Kings Cross (20 minutes).

On foot
From Denmark Hill Station, turn left out of the station and walk for 200m until you reach Grove Lane. Turn left onto Grove Lane and we are about 200m down and on the left. We are located behind the black gates before you reach Lyndhurst Primary School.
Bus
Routes 40, 42, 68, 176, 185, 468, 484 all stop nearby. Walk down Grove Lane and enter by the black gates.
Car and Taxis
We always encourage the use of public transport but if you have to travel by car follow the A215 from central London to Elephant and Castle. Grove Lane is off Denmark Hill where Maudsley Hospital and King’s College London is situated. When ordering a taxi, request to be collected from 82-96 Grove Lane, which is the entrance of the car park just up the hill from Lyndhurst School. ORTUS is inside the TfL Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
What happens after you make your booking?
Once you have booked your place, SBK Healthcare will correspond with you using the email address you provided at the time of booking and you will be sent a formal confirmation. If you have not received this within 48 hours of making your booking please check your junk folder and then email bookings@sbk-healthcare.co.uk or call 01732 897788.
Approximately one week prior to the conference you will be sent an email which will include all the final details for attendance on the day, including a final agenda and venue information.

Cancellations and substitutions
This online forum is free to attend to all NHS and Public Sector attendees. Please note that you can cancel your place at any time with no charge, but failure to attend without prior written cancellation will result in £100 charge. You can email the bookings team to cancel or amend an existing booking. Substitution attendees for delegates unable to attend after registering are acceptable at any time.
Conference changes
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the content, speakers or the timing of the programme. We will endeavour to keep you abreast of such changes but any unavoidable change to the format will not constitute a reason to refund the fee. Should the event be postponed, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. If, for reasons beyond the control of the conference organiser, the event is cancelled, a full refund will be made. We do not accept any liability for any incurred costs resulting from a postponement or cancellation.

A certificate for Continuing Professional Development will be given to every attendee, as a record of continuing professional training and development.
