From the A38 Plymouth to Exeter expressway, take the Dart Bridge turn off and follow the brown directional signs to Buckfast Abbey, turning right at the Dart Bridge roundabout into Buckfast Road. Follow the road to the mini roundabout and take first exit – the main Abbey car park is to your right; go past this, continuing up the hill and take the next right turn. Follow this road on towards a T-junction and turn right at small village green. Follow signs for Conference Centre.

Registration
This event is free to attend. However, we do expect it to be popular and there are limited places. If you find you are unable to attend, we ask you to cancel your place in writing, at least 48 hours before the event takes place. This will allow someone else to take your place.
Modify registration
To let us know if your details are not correct when you have already registered, please email bookings@sbk-healthcare.co.uk.
Substitutions
Substitution attendees for delegates unable to attend after registering are acceptable at any time.
Conference changes
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the content, speakers or the timing of the programme. We will endeavour to keep you abreast of such changes but any unavoidable change to the format will not constitute a reason to refund the fee. Should the event be postponed, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. If, for reasons beyond the control of the conference organiser, the event is cancelled, a full refund will be made.
